How to apply

Tell us about your club or project through our Google Form.
2. Review
We’ll get back to you in 3–7 business days, sometimes asking for more details.
3. Launch
Once approved, services are provisioned and you’re ready to go.
Who can apply?
Open to teams worldwide — there is no geographic restriction. If you meet the criteria below, you’re welcome to apply.

- ✓ Public-facing, non-commercial open-source or community-good projects

Is everything really free?
Yes. The program is funded by NCSE Network and our sponsors — recipients pay nothing.
What are the eligibility requirements?
Student clubs, student tech communities, and non-profit / open-source projects. Personal commercial use is not eligible.
How large can the sponsored services be?
It depends on the project — describe your needs in the application form and we’ll work out a fit.
Is there a usage period?
Sponsorship typically runs for one academic year and can be renewed.
